Village Townhomes is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) in South Huntington Beach, California. Residents enjoy living just half a mile from the beach, and are equally close to many stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Village Townhomes feature one and two bedrooms units that range from 600 to 1,265 square feet. It has a wide variety of floor plans and most of the homes are two story. Each unit has assigned carports with additional parking and there is ample guest parking. Built in the early 1960’s, this development offers many community amenities like a heated swimming pool, park, playground, lighted basketball court, lighted tennis court, and clubhouse.

The Home Owners Association fees are low here even thought they cover many benefits as well as parking maintenance and the unit exteriors. This community is served by public facilities like Samuel E. Talbert Middle School as well as highly ranked schools like Isojiro Oka Elementary School and Huntington Beach High School. There are also a variety of private schools in the city.
